We raise our animals with passion ...

In our fields produce: the forage, the grass cut and dried that it will become hay, natural essential food for livestock.
Maize, which is made with the fine, a Silage rich and natural that is given to cattle during the winter.
In our forests to collect firewood that is cut and during the winter is used for heating, energy is also renewable. This will help to save the land, because keeping clean will prevent forest fires!

The restaurant 's company offers a Ligurian-Lombard cuisine, prepared with seasonal ingredients, the meat of our farms, the old recipes are reworked with original fantasy and enhanced by the aroma of our land.
